hello, I email them regarding the delivery and mishaps and at 10.30 this evening recived an email:

Thanks for your email. Sorry to hear that you're disappointed with the delivery of your prize. We do appreciate your patience - this is an unforseen series of delays which we do not usually experience at Nokia. We hope you enjoy your phone when it finally reaches you.

I have been informed that the courier was delayed in picking up the phones from the distribution office yesterday, and that they are now scheduled for delivery tomorrow.

Please could you confirm when you have received the handset?
