Sorry just have to reminise a moment....

When we used to go to Guide Camp we used to have something we called Dolphins Delight!

It was butterscotch angel delight with bits of chopped up mars bar in it.

    Wow, it was great!:p

tastes good in a trifle too instead of custard
  • Made a 'cheesecake' this evening with choc chip cookies (no digestives in the house) and butterscotch angel delight and it was gorgeous! Reminded me of gypsy tart in primary school!

I used crumbled up Weetabix brownies that I had left over plus a couple of Rich Tea for the base, banana AD for the filling, and put some homegrown strawberries and raspberries on the top - delicious!

The Kefta was wonderful and I've bagged the remains to use as pie filling on Saturday. Next time I'll use egg and breadcrumbs to get it to stick together.

And I also found time to make a lemon drizzle cake which has been sliced and frozen.

To make it thicker and go further I add Elmlea whipping or double.

    Hi all

the other day I could have sworn someone was talking about recipes for angel delight.

NOw im thinking cheesecake style, I have the digestives, some ginger nnuts, angel delight, some evaporated milk

Will this work?? or will it be too thin?

Or any other recipes with the angel delight ( butterscotch flavour) would be fab!

that sounds like a brilliant idea - Im going to try that one :p

Not how to make it but...what else can I do with it?

Have acquired about 10 packs of butterscotch, strawberry and maybe another flavour.

Other than the obvious mix with milk, leave to set and then eat - what can I do with it??
