    Yes thats right. 15.33 on 15th is the first time i recived the returns number

    The returns period under DSR starts on the first day the phone was delivered, so don't worry about that - I'm just confused as to why it's taken so long to be delivered if day 11 from connection (and hence despatch) was Thursday.

    Drop me an email and I'll get this sorted out.

    Re-reading the thread it seems O2 advised you not to accept delivery - is this what happened?

    Hi,

    You can email me screenshots - I'd not recommend posting so much information publicly, including some of the emails you have quoted here.

    Please get in touch so we can get this resolved. It is vital the goods are returned to us ASAP due to the length of time since despatch so please send them back as advised. Special Delivery is fine up to 10Kg and must be used so as to provide adequate insurance.

    Once you have emailed me I can investigate why there was such a gap between despatch and delivery.

    Not quite correct Ben I'm afraid.
    The DS regs for a phone with contract starts the day after the order is placed.

    If it's just a phone with no contract that starts the day after the phone is received


    Unusual for you to be on here on a Saturday ....are you doing overtime or just chilling :cool:

    This is not correct. A reasonable period following first attempted delivery of the device is the exact Regulation, and what we adhere to - currently defined as 7 working days.
