Bit like the cashback cheques which "always" arrive within 14 days (remember THAT one!?) but, in fact, take more like 60.0
-
Yes, I said they always arrive within 14 days. I certainly didn't update the site to reflect the time cheques can take to be printed and posted once claims are approved so that customers would have a better idea of the timescale, and then I definitely wasn't accused of varying our T&Cs by you as a result.
If you're going to be this abusive and unhelpful perhaps you could come up with some new themes? I liked the mocking of the swine flu outbreak we had though, stay classy.

I am the official company representative of Mobiles.co.uk. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. If you believe I am please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com This does NOT imply any form of approval of my company or its products by MSE"0 -

For some reason you think that asking for a cheque to be raised from the CPW accounts dept means the cheques been sent :rotfl:
Its not quite the same thing is it
I hope you informed the W.H.O.It's not just about the money0 -
Well, must give the guy a break. He never did understand the meaning of the most basic of words. He reckons "sent" is a perfectly acceptable substitute for what actually happens (according to him afterwards when challenged) for being passed to another department for "processing" before being transferred for printing somewhere else - which apparently he now agrees takes weeks rather than days. He also didn't recognise the words originally in their own t&c, then changed them and (to cap it all!) then blatantly claimed they never EVER existed on their site. Of course, if he DOES understand words then that leaves the other alternative - but there has been ample evidence for that too from him. I really hope he continues to "help" and bully his growing number of critics because it is another warning to potential customers to avoid this dishonest company.0

Hi every one thanks for the replys and help. Im sorry i have not been back to reply and update my post as im off my feet busy with work thankfully.
Im just going to update but its goging to take a while as i need to copy and paste my recived emails for ben.
Im doing it on a public forum because i feel the more people know what type of service you recive from mobiles.co.uk the more informed of a dessision they can make as consumers.
I for one know if i had read a similar story prior to using mobiles.co.uk i would have gone else where with my hard earned.
Mobiles.co.uk what every the outcome of this. Ie you force me to take this contract* details to follow*
Its gong to cost you more than any £600 it costs me0 -
Kinda Glad I didn't do what you have done - I was in a quandary as to run the risk and try and email a cancellation knowing that 4days later I'd not even gotten contact re order update or wait and see.
Might be worthwhile nipping into a CPW store explaining the situation and see if they're able to help in anyway, possibly not but you never know you may get someone who is helpful and willing to help
@ Silk & Mobiles .co.uk Ben - duuuuuudes, I swear you two must be married or something to pull off the arguments you have!
I mean - Bbrrrrrrr - FEEEL the love..
:rotfl:
(Please take that with the humour its intended )0 -
