Yes, me too. I emailed her and told her I was going to the ISP and my cheque has Magically been put through the cheque run now! I had a reply instantaneously too, unlike last week when she didn't reply at all. How odd!!!

Hi, I've been waiting since 10th December and have heard all the same excuses as yourself. Yesterday I told them I would take the matter further and they said my cheque has now been "processed". To me, this would mean my cheque had been written. However, I will not receive it until the middle of next week! This is probably the new one from Magic to calm people and buy a bit more time. I was so excited when I won my prize, but I really am angry with them now and would never do this again. Hope you get your cheque soon.
