so they took their time over updating it to ended......just checked back through the numbers that did come out and none were on the list. so even if they would ahve honoured any claims, no one whose details crasiela or i had came out.

Just wondered I won last week, got the confirmation email saying I'd won and it stated that I'd be contacted but I've had nothing at all - anyone else in the same situation??

A couple of people on here have said that they weren't contacted again. Their cheque just arrived a few weeks later.

I won on this back in November but still haven't recieved my cheque, have emailed but they just keep fobbing me off.. Has anyone else waited this long or am I just not going to ever recieve it?

Hi. My sis in law won on 10th December ....still no cheque. I won on 24th Dec (£350) Still no cheque. We have been emailing them several times each. The first reply was that they had a backlog, now they are saying they have a new acounts system being installed and it may take a few weeks yet. I think there is something in the terms and conditions saying they will pay in 28 days but not sure. This is well over that. However, other people have received their cheques no problem. There is no pattern. I don't know what else to do.:(

Aha, found it. Section 9 of the terms and conditions...

Prizes will be paid by The Promoter by cheque, sent directly to the address provided by the claimant at the time of registration. The Promoter reserves the right to use any means necessary, but within reason to prove that the contact / address details provided by the prize winner are genuine. The Promoter hereby agrees to fulfil the prize within 28 days of verification of a genuine receipt of a winning entry from the Prize winner.

I suggest we quote this and if no luck we have to take it up with the Institute of Sales Promotion as a breach. What a shame we should have to do this, not good publicity.
