Quick question......my DS has to go back to uni today.....can't postpone it any longer...anyone know the weather conditions in Winchester greenbee maybe? It has snowed here again over night & it always seems worse over that way........ thanks :D
I don't know about Winchester (check the BBC Hampshire site for details) but there is certainly a lot of snow here. I suggest that he sticks to the main roads which should be OK, rather than going the quickest way. M3 should be fine.

I've been to the post office and posted an amazon return, the shop to buy broccoli, cabbage, bananas & apples, loaded and set off the DW (it's ready to unload at lunchtime) and put a hot wash on in the WM.

My new coat is lovely, perfect for this weather, and has now been tested properly. I guess I'd better get on with some work...

morning everyone. Just got back from dropping kids at school and nursery. Been AWOL the past couple of days as have had a serious BD infestation, and feeling so run down and tired. It soo dark here at the moment I am not surprised my mood has been rock bottom!

Anyway, I have made the decision to try and pick myself up over the rest of this week, and start next week a bit more positively. So cracking on with the list, cos when the house is in a mess I am in a mess. I have been following the thread, plus a little flying. Did manage to get the kitchen done yesterday tho.

    Morning everyone.

Turks what a beautiful beautiful poem - thanks so much for sharing!!! Doesn't matter where Mums are, whether they're here or there, they always hold us tight in their love.

Started the morning off well (all intentions are good) one bed stripped and in the wash whilst we're all out during the day. DD will put in tumbly when she gets in. Dishwasher emptied. Everyone went to work / school with a healthy packed lunch.

You guys are so good for me!!!! Thank you x
