I've been to my meeting and am starting to think I won't make work tomorrow - really need to give my ankle another day's rest I think - I can't elevate it really at work! Plus someone mentioned more snow and ice, hmmm.

Regardless of the potential for snow and ice, take the day off and rest it, but not totally, allow yourself to potter around at home and perhaps amble down slowly to Starbucks (or whatever the coffee shop near to you is) just to test it out and exercise it gently :D

Oh, and have you thought of suing the local council for not clearing the pavements properly :D:D

Valli - I've been thinking about the pub quiz thing. You may have a dilemma there. Do you want to answer the questions immediately and spontaneously correctly because you're an intelligent lass, or should you hum and ha and look enquiringly at him and say "I think it's this answer but I'm not sure" type stuff so he doesn't feel totally overwhelmed by your general knowledge and can then be The Man and say "yes, of course it's that". Such decisions! ;):p

TV programme decluttered and DW unloaded with clean stuff and dirty stuff loaded.

Just watching the 10 o'clock news - seems the snow is bad Exeter way. I did spot a couple of flakes in these 'ere parts about half an hour ago but mainly it's rain.

Well I shall off to bed shortly.

Sleep well my fellow flypeople xx

OK, I actually give up. Finishing work at 8.30pm after starting 12 hours earlier is not star conducive! Nor can I be bothered to do half hour's exercise. I've managed to have some tea and feed the cats and that's as far as it goes!

Hooray, that means I get to spend tomorrow at work lookng forward to not only doing wednesday's list, but also catching up on the kitchen!! I sure am blessed. lol. sigh.
  • I can understand why you all moved over to the daily. I'm totally confused. Should I post a thread and edit it when the list is updated on page one, and I do the tasks, or just post the list everytime I want a star? I don't want to breach the etiquette, and I don't want to run away, yet!! :rotfl:

Sorry I've had a long day, and wanted to update and complete my list, but not sure how to post it!

PS My OH and kids were confused last night, apparently, when they came home (I was at work), they read Monday's list, and my little one said, "Mum doesn't do all that she sits on the couch with us" :o:o:o:oDH then figured out what SOAADFA stood for, and spent the rest of the night pi$$ing himself laughing!
