HHC at 9.30 anyone?
Yes please :j
This is my first day at home alone since before Christmas  I'll be using the day wisely to clear out a couple of cupboards, as I'll be able to completely empty them and have a good clean, without being interrupted :T:rudolf: Sheep, pigs, hens and bees on our Teesdale smallholding :rudolf:0 -
Bit late but count me in too.

morning all, dont know how much i'll get done today. Had a last minute change of plan. My freind has a funeral this morning and her baby sitter let her down at the last minute. So aswell as my kids, I have taken her kids to school, and am also looking after he gorgeous little 1 yr old son.
The dogs wont leave him alone at the minute(they love new visitors) so he's tucked up on my knee while the dogs calm down hehe.
Plan for today(as far as possible)
wash up
S&S kitchen
S&S bathroom
Fold and put away washing
Maybe another load in WM(think I have enough)
Monday - Living room, hall and stairs
Level one
Clear floors of clutter and vacuum them
Make time for yourself!! Half an hour of peace!/hobbies/SOAADFA
Level Two
Wipe sofas
Vacuum under furniture you can safely move.. I don't want any hurt bodies!
Sort coats and shoes and bags
Level Three
Sort out emergency box.. in case of power failures etc.. candles, matches/lighter/torch/batteries and emergency numbers.. plumber, gas, electric, water etc
Organise a bookshelf!
Check smoke alarms
Extras- Wipe tops of downstairs door frames
- Wash any soft furnishing that need it
- polish and dust all the electricals!
- Binbag dance..

Hi everyone,
Well I'm back again. I had mixed results last week, but I am very glad to report that the spare bedroom is now completely free of DD's clutter and the beds are made so that it is now very welcoming for guests. I will continue as best I can. I'm sorry I haven't got to know many people because there are so many posts I haven't been able to catch up.
Anyway, I'll edit todays list now so that I know what I'm doing.

Must check torches - I suspect all the batteries have faded since I replaced them. Will definitely look at replacing them with wind-up.
Hugs to those that need them

I'm in today, but have to dot in and out, as I have a number of errands to run.
First step would be to clear up the kitchen and set the dishwasher on; next step would be to get dressed  as I'm still in my snuggy warm dressing gown, even though I've been up since 7:15am getting DD off to school...:T:T:T ... for only the second time since Dec 11th.:eek::eek:
Seems a little quiet all alone, and I'm having trouble getting going, somehow!
OK, I'm off for a HH-GOYBS ("get off your backside" in case you were wondering) starting at 10:00am; then out at 10:30 to go and buy a new cello string urgently before DD's lesson tonight.
Hugs to all and thanks to Piggers, Soappie and Toots

Haven't posted for a while but I'm back in this week
Happy birthday Rach :bdaycake:
Will do list later but have got to scoot into town for an eye test - thought of cancelling but it's free if I go today but i'll have to pay if I put it off so my OS money saving won.
Must meet up with Mum in town too so I can sort her mortgage stuff out - I'm trying to persuade her to join in on here as she retired in August and now she's mega depressed cause she feels like she has no purpose.... Watch this space
Back later ladies xI'd rather be watching CSI!0 -
