Casserole made and in slow cooker, so I really should get dressed and get moving. Like hex I seem to be slackening off on the getting dressed in the morning and am spending too much time staring into the laptop screen!

So something to add to my list of new year changes - get dressed BEFORE breakfast and I suspect the whole day will be more productive. After all, if I'm working from home getting dressed isn't exactly that hard work... underwear, thermals and whatever scruffy stuff I can find to put on!

OK... I'm off now... I need to do something with my day!

soappie -pm'd but your box is full. Just wanted to say thank you for the cooking tips, :A, now copied into Word and saved, so I shall try that out. Saw Hugh Fearnly thing once saying that there was no need nowadays to boil up bones like a witch, and wondered why on earth he thought that any stock cube was worth using.I know there are some that are better, but I usually find them too salty.

Okay, will now stop time wasting, and get on with the rest of my planning. Really, I will.:D

    Morning all
have listed a feather boa on e-bay (don't ask! LOL) and have had to put in a ridiculously high starting price because it's a free P&P category. Well it will have to go in a box to protect it so that'll be over £4.00 to post - I'm not paying it, the buyer (if there is one) can!
(It's a declutter from my sisters that I had forgotten I still hadn't dealt with;))

    - iron the hard stuff FIRST!;)

Lots to do - will pop back later no doubt

Have a good day all x

Ok, kitchen is anti-bacc'd once again and mucky paws prints and foot prints once again removed from the cupboards, appliances, walls and floors

    Dishes done. WM done.

Weekly planner stuck to the front of the fridge has actually been updated this week!!! And meal planner is sorted/amended.

Receipts are stuck to notice board in the kitchen beside meal planners.

Going to make a cup of tea and go for a shower next I think....

  • Morning all

    Kids beds are stripped.

Hard to do much more upstairs as DH got back at 9am but he hasn't had a proper sleep since Tues so he's gone to bed.

I'll do some extra bits in the kitchen.

Oh & DD wants to make some fairy cakes so we'll get on with that!
