Well back from work and still no news about the job so I'm taking that as a fairly certain 'no'.
Oh well... keep on looking I guess....

Give them a ring? If it's a no, it wont change anything, but you will be able to put it out of your head and move on. If they just haven't decided yet, they might be impressed that you were pro-active enough to call.

And if it IS a no, they might be able to give you some feedback to help you next time.

Something will come up hon, I'm sure you wont be in this position for long. :grouphug:

Bleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeh. Not been at work for 2 days as was sick yesterday and like the walking dead. Think I had that 24 hour bug but feeling better today, just drained, aching and zombielike. Glad to be feeling better though. Now I've got my brain back on I've been able to sort out my finances and start my weekly budgets. I didn't go to my bass lesson yesterday either but I've told him I'm going to still give him the money next week as I've been messing him around a bit recently. My dad helped me out after hearing that I was short of my bill money, and gave me £60 as he also knows I'm paying off my credit card too... bless him :)

But anyway here's my budget for this week..

    50 Food
    25 Ash's party
    30 Petrol
    18 Car tax
    10 School Dinners
    25 Social
10 Band - as far as I'm aware there's no band this week, will pay this off the card
12 Bass lesson - although no lesson will be paying this next week
    [STRIKE]79 + 18.10 (leftover from money from my dad) Egg[/STRIKE] - Paid

So that's £97.10 off the card this week, plus another £10 which I'll pay off tomorrow, plus I've got ebay auctions running and some cds to send to music magpie.. :)

Went down the bank and got some fresh air (and probably contaminated half of Penkridge.. LOL) earlier, and then went to tesco so here's a spending update..

Food: £48.62 (£1.38 left out of £50 weekly budget)
    Petrol £30 (all of budget)
Social: £3.20 on lunch (£21.98 left out of £25 budget)

Oh and if anyone's spotted that sometimes my sig doesn't add up (I say I've paid £97.10 off for example but it's still over £500 despite only being on £590 something before.. it's because egg put on interest and I can't remember if they still take the min payment...so it might go down another £20 something in the next week lol)

I aso have £26 ebay auctions ending today :)

I admit I was *this* close to having an impulse buy last night before I went out... was feeling really crappy and felt like I needed retail therapy  Thankfully I couldn't see anything I wanted so I I didn't spend much other than maybe about £10 on drinks before and at the pub, but it's the first time I'd been out in ages and was within my £25 weekly budget, need to add it to my spending diary and see what's left.

Feeling pretty crappy and moodswingy this weekend... aaaah the joys of being a woman.

Had a proper look at my budgets and have paid another £13.09 off the egg.. £10 for the band practice and £3.09 as I'm doing my budgets accurate to the penny, which means that my weekly budget is exactly £262.09, meaning £82.09 for the egg card instead, and I'd only paid off 79 :D
Who says being a pendantic g*t doesn't pay off? :D

ebay auctions have finished but not sure exactly how much yet as it's on Ian's account, but from first view it looks like a decent haul :D have 2 which have ended at £16+ so reckoning around £50, plus 9 didn't sell so going to have a look at CEX to get them sold :D still haven't sent those cds off to musicmagpie yet... oops! lol nor have I got the £8 that was in my paypal and I transferred over the Ian.. lol! I keep forgetting!

    here's the budgets so far..
