Help needed selling our house

    If you don't want to live there you have to work out how you can best take a loss on it if you need to sell.
    mortgage not being covered by rent indicates prices are all wrong for that area.

    Drop the price and sell. Take the debt on as a consequence of you having tried a life change which failed.

    i;ve been pondering this comment "We have had loads of viewings but only 1 offer that was no where near the asking price"

    Which leads me to think that the pictures etc are tempting the people to view......we need to get underneath whats is happening during these viewings.

    Who is showing them around
    Is it nice and tidy (de-cluttered)
    Are you getting any EA feedback from the viewings?
