I think there is most definitely some confusion here regards company names. The site linked to from here is in Scotland and a totally different business as eluded to by the members of this thread. I know the business owner and he is not in the business mentioned here.
This thread is from two years ago. An unfortunate choice of business name, goes to show that a Google before choosing a business name is probably a good idea.

Perhaps a mention in the first post as an edit mentioning the fact that the company discussed is no relation to the Lanarkshire business would be useful. I know this is an old post but it does show up on web searches and Google Webmaster tools.

    Thanks

Might I suggest that you PM the original poster and ask that they do this?

In a somewhat similar situation - where a business wishes to be disassociated from an operation of a similar name they have placed a disclaimer on their home page. Mightn't the new Vibe Leisure consider doing the same thing?

As a friendly aside you might like to bring the new owner's attention to the eCommerce Regulations 2002 - more properly the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 - and their requirements with regard to the provision of minimum company information on a website. (DTI Guide - pdf)
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

Thanks I have. I am just thinking in terms of someone who has innocently purchased a domain and not aware of the apparent bad publicity said domain attracted in the past. As nothing can apparently be done, I will cease asking. Many thanks for your time.

Have to say, with a name like 'Vibe Leisure' I think I would at least have Googled it before buying the domain in case it was a sex shop or worse!

    In fact, this is worse!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

That is a valid point I guess, but thanks for the amusing comment.
