He's getting lazy with this one.
A who-is search names the registrant for this company
and a ukdata search lists a Manchester address. Looks like a residential one.
I've not linked the pages or posted details. Don't want him whining to Martin and having thread closed again, but if anyone wants them just let me know.0 -
Vibeleisure.co.uk are a sister company to PCN-UK and UKFacilities, they run a private parking company. Some of their business practices leave a little to be desired, these include displaying the logo of a trade organisation that they are not a member of to give them an air of authority (This is against the Unfair Busines Practices Law). We have also had a report of bailiffs / debt collectors working for them pretending (In writting) that they had a court warrant when they did. Again this is against quite a few different laws and the intention is to scare the person into paying.
Just bear these in mind if your thinking of doing busines with https://www.vibeleisure.co.uk you can find out more about PCN-K by looking at the variou threads about them on this forum or pepipoo.co.uk0 -
The site is closed at the moment. When will the authorities take action with this 'businessman'?Still waiting for Parking Eye to send the court summons! Make my day!0

Ah, the vibe leisure website might be closed at the moment but during the autumn it was very much alive and was linked with a putative nightclub in Blackpool. Seems to have now morphed into some form of "business solutions" company.
The two original directors of vibe leisure are exactly the same as the original two directors of PCN-UK and those of UK Facility Services Ltd.My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -
Their business solutions might include the option for them to ensure the spelling and grammer on your website is correct. They might simply copy and paste it onto the PCN-UK website and wait for the MSE members to point out the mistakes.0

Oh yes, that word "solutions". Private Eye used to have a section where you could send in examples of this over-used word so beloved of commercial companies and organizations.
If you want to play a small game while driving on the motorway, see how many trucks you can spot that have this particular word painted on their sides. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
"Solutions" is becoming very dated, the type of companies that use this tag tend to like to be at the forefront of using words or in their speak "The cutting Edge" or as one stupid manager once told me "The bleeding edge" which is further on than the cutting edge!
It makes you wonder what word they will start using instead of solutions in the future or as they would say "A new word that is FUTURE PROOF"0 -
vibeleisure is a doorman/bouncer company.
The owner lost his doorman/bouncer licence. Hence the site is closed.0
