Hi,no didnt say what problem was only that because it was my first time they will credit my account,trouble is now i cant stop checking usage every 5 mins,lol,the service in the shop was a bit poor couldnt be bothered but at least the woman on the phone could see on her system that i wasnt making it up and was really helpful plus i have got the landline number of 3 if anybody else wants it, saves ringing 0845 or India as the case may be.
Anyway thank you again for your help came in really useful when i discussed problem with 3.0
