  • all depends on what you are trying to sell them for, and what network, and also how much per call/text is with them...

how much are you trying to sell them for?

They have £10 credit with them per sim card, I have 20 cards (completely free, no need to register or anything for the credit). I am asking £4 each for them, and I am not making much at all at that, and nobody seems interested. Its mad, they are saving £6 in the credit even if they just use them and dump them.

They are for Tesco mobile, they work in an 02 phone, or an unlocked phone

Hey smarties ;) can anyone tell me the site (and where on the site) where you can see how many watchers an item has on ebay? Please? I have a feeling it's goofbay but I can't see where to do it on there.

Its the ebay most popular search on goofbay, if you search via the item number, i think it has to have at least one bid on it though.

they accept paypal.... so if you have sold anything on ebay. you could use that money....

I am sure you could sell them on for £10 - £15

might go down well with the hippy festival go'ers... or morris dancers if you put a few ribbons on them:rotfl:

Actually wanted one for my OH, that and the owl glasses, quite steampunk; he likes that style but we can't afford the good stuff!
Also to sell but out of stock, oh well.

    Just wanted to tell you all what the local paper (well, Russell Grant so maybe others too) says is my horoscope for today;
"A fantastic moneymaking opportunity improves your financial fortunes considerably. Suddenly you will be able to afford luxuries that were previously out of reach" :rotfl::T:rotfl:
I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick @ss.... and I'm all out of bubblegum.

indie - not everyone wants to be on tesco mobile though, plus (and i know you wouldnt do this anyway) but you never know what people have done with the mobile number (ie, signed up to dodgy services etc), are you selling them on ebay ? people can get sim cards for free now so people dont want to pay for them even if they do have credit on them

hello again, paid a visit to my mothers, to finally pick up those 2 evening dresses she is giving me to sell, she said all the others would not be worth the hassle, i came back with 2 bin bag size bags full. The two evening dresses, and a couple of really nice skirt suits, some trouser suits, some never worn, and a variety of skirts, summer dresses and tops, some items will only be worth listing at the 99p free lsiting stage, but some dresses and suits, definitely worth starting for at least 4.99, just see what interest i get, away this weekend though so will have to get to washing and ironing things next week, one or two dresses need slight repairs where the split ends, they always seem to fray, need to speak nicely to my friend the seamstress :)

may my 10k start here, lol :)
Thanks to all who post comps :T

    They are all sealed. *Sigh*.

    Sorry guys,

I give up with this challenge.

I can't do it. I'm spending money on things that won't sell. I'm stuck witht hem and can't think or find things that would sell or anything. It just a disaster.

Everything I sold on ebay the profit was eaten up by postage and fees.

Everything is just gone to dust

please don't give up indierocker, january is not a good month for things to sell, and we all have times like this, i have only sold 2 personal items so far, so nowhere near the making money part even though have paid out my initial outlay of the £100. tomorrow is another day, and also a day of new buyers, a game i listed before xmas did not sell, after xmas i listed it, at 4.99, it sold for £16, so keep at it.

are they on ebay as BIN? or seperate? BIN is prob cheaper option, 40p per listing, and you just say you have 15 of them or however many you have, all fort hat initial 40p? (i think that is the current fee)
Thanks to all who post comps :T

I use big black rubbish bags that I get for pitance from a wholesale store lol. Takes me a bit more time than bags, but more profit for me.

I save up decent thick carrier bags in nice colours that
you can turn inside out such as Next, House of Fraser, Debenhams etc, they don't look bad when they are used, can also use thick green garden bags from places like Poundland, use blue rubble bags once but wouldn't recommend that as they were a bit too thick to bend properly, all my parcels had extra corners!!! lol
  • indierocker85 - don't give up, just start by selling stuff you have around house that you no longer need, no waste of money then, once you have built up some capital from that you can take punts on other more obscure stuff. I spent what I made to date on a bill so am back to square one but still plenty of time yet, even if you set your target to 5k or even 1k, something to work towards!
