thanks for the grabit info james, asked my other half and he says they are featured on watchdog and are a con

Personally, I tend to think there's something a bit fishy about that kind of website especially when they have a Testimonials page. It makes them seem a bit desperate, if it was such a good deal they wouldn't need (probably pretend) people to vouch for them, surely

for those who sell on ebay if you pop along to http://www.grabitnow.com/ they have an offer on of 20 items for 20 quid (its random and they chose the 20 items )

some of the items are only worth about 1-2 pounds each but usually one item is worth the 20.00 i ordered one before and got a 4gb mp3 which i sold for 35.00

im tempted but is it really worth it or will most be junk.....?

  • thanks eyesparky, I am learning slowly, but so used to ebay and amazon is all different, only made £1 or £2 on my sold item but all goes in pot as too much stuff taking up space in my little house. Lots of books I put on don't have a stock photo and as I think it could help sell I am putting them on hence having spent hours on amazon today. I have a big pile of 1970's and 80's Ladybird books nothing really rare but some in realy good condition as only one owner, my cousin who was an only child so not much wear on them....is there somewhere better to sell them, they have to be worth a few pound each and I think I have about 100 in total!

woohoo another £4 on ebay - must get listing as only have 8 left, (couple ended tonight too but no bids),
if your lacking motivation just remember its worth taking time out and listing a few then the sales just start to happen, and it feels great that your earning money "doing nothing" especially when you think thats it for the night and you wake up in the morning and there's a sale on one of your BIN's. to all those ditherers "GET OFF YOUR BUTT" in the nicest possible way of course
    so

theres always those that complain who don't understand the random lucky dip bit
its not a con because ive brought stuff from them and yeah some of the stuff you could get from poundland but some is worth more

on boffer (another site who do the same) reading there forums they did a mystery item before chrimbo and it was 13.00

some people got some rubbish but some people got 37" televisions it's the luck of the draw

Thanks for that ... I am off to photograph some more things to list ( I was just getting cosy near the fire) but no ... action stations ... into the freezing breach to make listing magic happen ;) ... I may be gone sometime .

Part of the Furniture 1,000 Posts Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
ive managed to earn £40 on bingo britain in the past 4 days and they let me withdraw £20 each time, so far so good and i think ive still got 20 days odd of the free £5 left.

I'm just not grasping it - tried to withdraw some of my winnings but it wouldn't let me without losing the £5 unqualified bonus so I messaged them to clarify. They came back and said I could withdraw now, which I did, but the £5 bonus had gone to zero. Is this just for today or permanent? Sorry, I must be really thick cos no matter how many times I read the info it isn't sinking in

Please don't stop the chat, I may not be the brightest bulb in the chandelier but I'm getting some brilliant (pun intended ;)) ideas from the posts. Thank you :T
