Hi postage cost me £2.89 i charged postage £5 and shes asking for £2 refund or negative feedback basically. So are you saying not to refund?!
I havent left her feedback yet as was waiting for hers.
not saying you should, that is your call, after a £2 refund though that hasn't really left much, as said before, it covers packaging as well as getting it posted, for some people they may have to drive a few miles to get there, so they would cover this. it may on this occasion be worth refunding if you don't have much feedback or are at 100% and don't want a negative one, however, if she did leave negative feedback should you decide not to refund, i think with the mail she sent you, and the postage clearly stated on your listing, you would probably have a good case for ebay to remove the negative comment.
i personally would not want negative comments on mine about high postage costs, may put other buyers off in the future.
Hope you can get it sortedThanks to all who post comps :T0 -
have you heard of onepoll.co.uk or are any of you registrered on it? was thinking of taking a look at it?
I am registered with onepoll, about a year ago i answered a survey with a chance to win cash, i forgot about it as theres loads of surveys on there and i got a phone call saying i won £150 and they needed my add to send me the cheque.

Ugh,
Half a month in so to speak, and I've yet to make inroads in this challenge
However, I have been a good student, and taken detailed notes of suggestions & advice people have given and I am in the process of brewing up a plan :rotfl: I am also being realistic in what I'm personally going to be including / omitting as "challenge income", probably a little more conservative than some as I am currently S/Employed and things are a little slow just now.
Anyways ... back to the cauldron ....

I am looking at three lots of books ending in my area shortly, again with no watchers or bids. They are by the same seller and collectively add up to 70 books for £8.00. Two lots are listed at £2.50 and one at £3.00.
I would pay a maximum of £4.00 for the whole lot, no more though. I am not sure of the best way of going about this, or what is permissible on ebay. Can I make an offer?
Any suggestions. Thanks again.I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.0 -

If you do decide to sell any, shop around. Some of those annoying ads give some of the worst rates for your gold available.
funnily enuf I sold a load of old tat yesterday... odd earrings, broken bracelet, 80's hoops, stuff I hadn't worn for ages, I think it weighed about 45g (might be wrong there)..got £300 for it! Made up with that as had just been sat in my bedside drawer for years!
Do be careful where you do sell tho...I went to a local working jeweller...I don't think I'd trust those places advertising all over the place at the mo...LBM December 09 DEBT CC £10,600, O/D £2000, Loan £2000Turn £100/£10,000 Member #44 - £0£200 Clothes Challenge - 0/£2000
