Damn wish I had got a size smaller! Arrived but slip off slightly, bought 6's think I need 5's! They have 5's now in Black (they have most sizes in stock again for Black) but I have Grey... btw they are alot darker colour Grey than they appear in the picture too!

My daughter had same problem. Got some of those half insoles from Boots that you put under ball of foot - problem solved!

you can return them to the store, but you need to print off the email invoice as they wont accept anything else as proof of purchase. hth

I've just had a look at their website again and it seems as though you can now post the boots back as well as returning to store. All the info you need is under the FAQs section on the website. It does seem though that you would have to pay for return postage costs.

Thanks, yeah I found the details on the site about returning through the post. Will just do that as to get to my nearest office it would take ages anyway!

I went to look at them instore before ordering any & I agree they are awful!
No way would anyone pay £40 full price for them, I wouldn't want them for £10!

Cost me £2.24 second class to return them. Was almost £3 for first class. So I put a note in saying I was really disapointed with the boots, they felt horrible and were horrible on and dont support you at all and I would like a refund of postage also. £5.74 altogether in postage charges! Will see how I get on with my refund!
