dont worry, I ordered friday afternoon and havent got them yet, ordered black and grey, along with some other shoes.....my gray ones should be here with one other pair of shoes tomorrow, they dispatched 2 more pairs of shoes today, and the black pair are awaiting dispatch....seems they have seriously messed my order up!

However, I phoned them and apparently this is normal.....just a waiting game I guess

@ Lauraland....cant you just sit and slightly bend the sole a few times (simulate wearing them) to soften the sole? Would be better than walking like an 'eejit' for a while :p

:rotfl:I've just put them on again and walked about the house, but still look daft! Not what i was expecting at all, tried on a pair of bearpaw cardi boots in tk maxx and they had a really good sole on them and were so comfy, dunno why i didnt buy them  anyways thought these would be the same  I'm sure theyll be fine once their broken in, shall wear them round the house as slippers for now, no way i'm i going out in public walking like that! :o:rotfl:

I ordered these a few days ago - i have no practical footwear to contend with these icy conditions so am hoping these will do the trick :)
These are really not shoes that should be considered practical footwear. They offer no support at all and cause the wearer to turn their foot over as they walk. Podiatrists don't recommend them and they have foam soles that are not good for wearing for long distances. Ugg boots are the same, in spite of the high cost. I'm not saying not to wear them (I wear high heels myself and they aren't good for me!) but be aware that they are a high fashion item and not a practical shoe for everyday. The do look good though!!!
  • Just so you know, Shoe Zone sell the exact same style as this at £5.00 in their sale at the moment, I think they actually look better quality tbh. If you have one nearby it would be worth a look if you didn't want to spend out Deckers version. Also they have grey, cream, black, fig and moss. I don't think they call them the same colours though. :o

I have just telephoned my local store (Northampton) to check availability. The lady advised me that they have had a delivery this morning so should be plenty in stock when my friend and I go shopping tomorrow, but they are still full price - £ 9.99?
I don't mind paying the full price - as it means I can try them on before I buy, but thought it worth noting that it possibly isn't every store
  • I ordered 4 pairs of shoes, they took out money for 2 pairs and i received an invoice with only 2 pairs listed, does that mean they are out of stock for the others even though they were in stock when i ordered? xx

no, if you read my post above you will see they appear to be sending orders out in multiple packages.....although I am having coflicting information left, right and centre!

check 'your orders' on the office site...it should say some havent been dispatched yet.....although for my order, even the online tracking thing seems to be incorrect as the shoes they said (via email) are due to arrive today, have only just left their place according to their online system.

I still think you just need to wait and see, I would guess you will get your shoes eventually but in different packages

I have been on my account on the Office website and today it says my order has been 'shipped'. I still haven't recieved an email about it but at least it has been shipped now!
  • Thanks for this one guys.
Didn't want to spend too much on warm boots for the bad weather..been living in my ADIO trainers my son bought me.
Just ordered two pairs size 8 in grey.:rotfl:
Only size 3 left in the black, just incase anyone was thinking about ordering.

The spare pair is incase one of my mates would like a pair.
Postage was £3.50p but thats for one or more pairs..so if you order with a friend you get to share the 3.50 making it cheaper!:j

Not my usual style of desired footwear but wot a steal.
    Enjoy:snow_laug
