Basically all I suggested was that you stick your postcode into Broadbandchecker dot co dot uk as an easy way of finding out what deals are available (other comparison sites exist !) and see which one suits you best.
Plusnet is certainly cheap at the moment - I can't comment on whether or not it's any good.
