To above but one that wasn't because you had a right to it because they did for good customer relations.

The problem with proving its a significant inconvenience is that I suspect you'll have to take them to court to get them to accept it and a judge may well say look you've got access to over TV therefore losing one is just a minor inconvenience before(my opinion).

I wouldn't let that try and argue with them about being an significant inconvenience but before you go down the court route you need to mail thier head office recorded delivery, I would also seek a free solicitor session to check you have a case and if so file court proceideing you may find that you could end waiting even longer to get the resolution you want than it would have taken to get the item repaired.

Who the manufacturer of the item?

Actually, I have been following your posts for a while, in most of them you are really quite rude, and think your words are wiser then anyone elses, you then fail to back up anything you say, yet insist you are right!!!

I make no apologies about being rude, arrogant and obnoxious towards posters such as yourself. And you are not alone, there are a few of you who frequent the boards. However, my replies to people who are polite are very, very different.
In that case you really are a sad man with nothing better to do. If you have been following my posts as you say then you'll see in the overwhelming majority I've made every effort to be helpful and contribute to the threads in question. Yes, I've been guilty of occasionally being forthright, overbearing and may have come across as being downright rude of which I'm happy to apologise for but its been no more than most of the people who post on these boards have occasionally done, yourself included.

Thanks for your concern, but really there is no need, I do have much better things to do - for the majority of the time.

I read lots of posts on here, just yours stuck out more then most to me! I don't bother replying to the majority of them, but in the this thread I could not sit back and let you give completely wrong advice, and give it in such a a way as for it to seem in bedded in English law. Simples.
