Thanks found it an interesting read, I can understand where exsisting employees and the union are coming from though. If the jobs hadn't gone in the first place our service given by several companies would have been better and to be honest now days my choice of any service supplier also factors in where the customer serice is based.


I recently changed insurance companies on that basis and although the opening hours were alot shorter than the one based overseas, the call was shorter and my questions were answered straight away.

There are many people in this country of ours who would take a job in a call centre as there were people in that position before the big shift!

Why do we as British people support companies who don't support us, I buy British where I can. Even down to the model car I'd buy.

Lets help ourselves out of this economic crisis, support our workers.
