got a call back a week and half ago from pizza express wanting more detail on who served me. The manager said that I would be recieving a letter of apology shortly. Still not recieved any letter :mad:0 -

Hi everyone
Im pretty new to this but thought I would share my news with you all.
Recently I had a flier inside a magazine announcing that Virgin Media were giving FREE wireless routers to new customers who signed up during August. Being a Virgin customer, and not having a wireless router I thought Id email them and find out why this offer was only available to new customers. (what do you get for loyalty?) I kept my email friendly although I did get my point across quite strongly.
Today I had an email back...They have checked my account and realize that I am indeed a loyal customer but unfortunately they cannot offer me a free router...Instead they have credited my account with £35 so I can go to Pc World or Comet and purchase my own. WAYHEY Thank you Virgin Media0 -
i have just emailed them i am a loyal customer to!Im known as the 'Fixer' if you have a problem, come to me and i can fix it for you.0

Complain me dear....I did and I got a replacement one sent straight away!
Hi heavenlygee... thanks for the advice, they are sending me an envelope so that I can send it back to them to test.
However it may not have been faulty - the result was incorrect though and it seems to me to be irresponsible to give someone a false result when its something like this!! It can change your whole life instantly!!Flickering_Ember wrote:No but come to think of it, I should have!! My tests were negative; then found out at 4 months I was pregnant, after miscarrying.
Hi Flickering Ember, I'm really sorry to hear that

I changed to N Power recently and they didn't come to change my meter when arranged. I rang up and they told me I had been 'forgotten'. Got to wait another 2 weeks for my meter to be changed but complained and kicked up a fuss and they've credited my account by £20.00

Noa couple of years ago I complained to First Bus Co. My son who was 13/14 then was refused because he was 2 pence short. It was half ten at night and peeing down. Luckily my friend's husband is a bus driver and told me that by law they have to let under 16's on the bus even if they have no money. I got 2 explorer tickets to use anywhere in the southwest0

NoI have just emailed Wetherspoons regarding a vile meal at our local chain. I had the Sunday roast chicken, and the veg was obviously going off as it was turning a greyish/brown colour. It was also so raw, that later that day i had a terrible tummy ache. My fella had steak with a jacket potato, the potato was so dry and overcooked, it had gone like a powdery dust!!
Then to top it all off, we had a chocolate fudge cake desert with ice cream, picked up the cake, to find this yellowy/green coloured slime which looked like someone has spat a greeney in it. I was physically sick at the thought of what it could be.
