Glass in tesco food product - what to do?

I was eating a tesco food product tonight and bit down on what looks like tiny shards of glass. I want to complain to tesco but dont know where to start. I have also read alot about them ignoring complaints so im wondering whether to take photos etc?

Any help appreciated.

Take it back to the store you bought it from, get the refund and leave it in their hands.

  • I think what the OP is hinting at rather than just a simple refund and an apology they are wanting comp.

If the OP wasn't hurt by the glass then I'm not sure what compo they would be after or have any chance of getting. Go see a solicitor.

Actually, i wasnt hinting at compensation, i just didnt want anyone else being hurt by glass in a product.

Then why won't you tell us what the product is? Then you're part-way on your quest!
