Glass in tesco food product - what to do?

I was eating a tesco food product tonight and bit down on what looks like tiny shards of glass. I want to complain to tesco but dont know where to start. I have also read alot about them ignoring complaints so im wondering whether to take photos etc?

phone their customer service and explain the problem, accept the apology and move onAlways ask ACAS0
