ok phone for £14.97 this morning online with £10 credit. Just phoned as 1000 free points not on online receipt. The lady I spoke to said once I receive the phone to telephone and they will add the points, they can't do anything until phone is signed for. She stated that they should have been added on purchase but systems weren't updated anyway saved £3 on the current price. Can't complain too much

To mention, on ebay you can buy the old envelopes worth 500 points when you recycle your mobile for about £4/£4.50.

So, purchase your phone at £14.97 plus £4 odd = £20.

Points - 1,000 from your phone and 500 from recycling = 1,500 = £60 in deals = profit of £40!

Thanks for confirming this....I too did not have my points confirmed this morning with my purchase...but did get it for £14.97 :T

You will no longer be awarded 500 points when recycling a phone (even when using an old envelope).

I have just bought a phone in the shop. I have the 1000 on the receipt and a note saying I can get the £10 top up by ringing 283. Altho it says I must do this by 10th Jan 2010!!

1000 Clubcard points when you buy any Mobile phone Terms and Conditions

1. Clubcard points will be awarded in your next clubcard statement.
2. Offer ends 24th January 2010.

I spoke to a very nice woman on the cs desk and she said that the old offer instore/online was 10 free credit for the cheaper phones then 10000 for the phones over 40 both of which ended yesterday. The new deal was that with any pay as you go phone you should only get 1000 but she said that may just be instore only. She also said that if you bought in store and don't have the 1000 points on the receipt then you not likely to get it.

I had the same problem .But I was told that I would not be getting the 1000 extra points
Customer services canceled my order .Got one in store in the end.
