I just phoned Tesco and was told the £10 top-up had expired. I pointed out that I had a leaflet from the shop saying this phone had a top-up, and that the store had loads of them on the mobile phone shelf. They very kindly agreed that because of that they would give me the £10 top-up! Result.

Hi biglugs - Did you cal Tesco Mobile or Tesco customer service. I bought an LG phone from Tesco direct and my order and receipt say £10 top up and 1000 points. I activated the phone this afternoon, but the £10 has not credited yet - I wan't sure who to call...

Unfortunately now Tesco are only offering 200 points on recycling regardless of what enevelopes you send in.... still £8 in deals which as they say 'every little helps'

Hi - I called Tesco Mobile Customer Care (0845 301 4455). They were very friendly and helpful - better than dealing with Orange!

Check your messages. You should have got one saying the £10 will be credited within 48 hours:beer:

If you've ordered something previously you likely added your clubcard (?) to the account. You only need to do this once.

Log in and check.

Take the card you paid with into the store when collecting.
