EXPIRED: 1,000 Clubcard points (£40 deals) on *any* Tesco mobile

I got my Nokia 1208 in their Plymouth Roborough store today, and my 1000 points did show on the receipt. I also picked up a leaflet which stated 2 phones per customer and the 1000 points promise just incase of any problems. Will get another phone soon.

Can the points take a while to update online? I've brought 5 phones on this offer and they are def not all showing yet...

I bought phones from shop, the points showed on reciept as usual and added two days later when chhecked online

I thought the T&Cs said 2 phones per customer would get the 1000 pts??

Trying to get a straight answer on this is not easy.....

When I bought one instore the points didn't show on the receipt. I queried and was told they would be reflected on my online balance in 48 hours. It's now 4 days later and no points.... so I called clubcard. They said perhaps after 4 -5 weeks.

I returned the phone instore today were they had changed to quoting "up to 14 days".

It's up to you but personally I returned the phone and will buy from direct (where I know the points show for a warm & cozy feeling). It's either that or remember to try and chase with clubcard in the future.

The t&cs state max 2 phones per customer. People have bought more and points show on the receipt. Whether the points will remain there (at quarter end) is a risk they take though.

So i paid £17 odd for the nokia 1208 with £10 top up. Has that ended already as i never activated it?

i bought one on the first day at 17.97 with £10 credit and the 1000 points.

now they have removed the £10

my question is/.......if i order one now at the £14.97(or closE) do you still get the £10 credit even though it isnt stated?!!!

unsure about us that have already got a phone with credit.

edit. My deal just got even better!;

Bought Nokia 1208 for £17.97 (included £10 top up)
Only just got phone and £10 top up has already expired before i got it so rung and complained. Agreed to refund me £10!

So £17.97
minus £10 refund = £7.97
Just sold it for £12 so £5.97 in credit with this deal, PLUS 1000 clubcard points.


So really a total £45.97 up!:T:T:T:T:T

yes i got one with credit on money( i think) but now the credit online doesnt show. i just wondered if you still got it in with the phone once delivered. i was going to get another if u still got credit!
