I have brought 7 phones in the recent promotion 5 of which I have sent off to Love2recycle. The other 2 I just sent a text of each and my balance came up at 0.10p. Switched it on s days later and the balance is now £10.10 on each. ill just set the 5 favourite numbers use the credit then get shot of them. good deal though

Odd, this. I activated my phone this evening at about 7 and received the £10 credit text within an hour or so. My wife activated hers an hour or so later and has heard nothing.

Both phones bought at the same time online on 18 January.

Make sur u make the chargeable call from same phone which u received with the sim.

U can check on screen balance by dialing *#10# aswel.

Not sure this is correct. I activated my phone yesterday evening, without making any chargeable calls, and received the £10 credit text within an hour or so. My wife activated hers an hour or so later, though, and has heard nothing. Both phones bought at the same time online on 18 January.

I believe it does not matter when you bought the phone as long as you activate it within the promotional period. How will they know when you bought the phone anyway.

I wasn't sure if you had to buy it before a certain date to qualify,but yes very true did not think about how they would know when it was bought.

Just as a follow-up to the above, both phones (bought on 18 January) have now received the 'free £10 credit' text after making a non-chargeable call yesterday evening.

No need to send a text or make a chargeable call - just phone your landline or another number and disconnect before it answers.
