    Glad I didn't activate my sims now, just had texts saying I'll get £10 credit. Now it says credit can't be transferred, but could you use ping me a pound? If so can anyone explain how I could get the credit of 5 sims onto one card?

    Can you activate a phone that was bought before the promotional period? I bought one last week so don't know if this will count.

    Yes, I bought mine over a week ago and activated today. Received the text about the £10 credit within an hour or so.

    if at the time of purchase it said £10 included, and did not get the promised £10, your eligible for a refund of the £10. simply forward the email confirmation to [EMAIL="tesco.direct@tesco.co.uk"]tescodirect@tesco.co.uk[/EMAIL] stating your full name and order number and say that you have not received the £10 credit which is clearly stated in the email below, and while purchasing the phone at checkout.

    I received a reply which took around 24-48 hours stating that i will be refunded the £10 credit.

    You will only receive the refund if at time of purchase the £10 credit offer was present.


    "We wanted to let you know that we have now processed a refund for your order as detailed below:

    Refund Details:








    Your total refund is:

    £10.00

    Activated mine 4.00 pm, credited next day at 12.30 pm.
    I did check with them that the credit would last indefinitely, as it is for use as a spare emergency phone, and was assured that it will, as it is "bonus" airtime rather than "free" airtime.

    Have you dialled 2# to check your balance? Apologies if this is a silly question.

    I activated my phone last night and the credit was there when I arrived home from work tonight. I received 3 texts from Tesco when I switched on the phone - the final one advised that the credit had been applied.

    Yep, tried that, no good. I'm wondering if it's because I activated more than one sim, & in a non tesco phone.
    Next year we'll be millionaires!
