Yet it was delivered anyway :) although that's more the courier company and not Ebuyer. I think they use CityLink.

They stopped using City Link, they now use UPS as their main courier.

I also received some items very quickly from them eBuyer week, I am still waiting for an item from Play.Com that was supposed to have been sent a week ago.

They used to be fairly awful but for the last few years they've really sharpened up their act. I've put in some largish order over the last couple of years and on the three occasions where I've had problems they've handled the RMA process without any fuss, including collecting the broken items and refunding within a few days. I've had to remind them to return my P&P fee on some smaller orders as by default it seems they don't by default but that's again been done with no fuss.

That's the only thing that puts me off as we are rarely in to receive parcels during the day. City Link have a good spread of depots for collection including one close to us, where UPS only have 2 or 3 for the whole of Scotland.

I've consistently used Amazon:cool:, but after reading the reviews here I might switch between the two now .

I've bought a few things from them, the biggest spend being the mobo, processor, memory and hard drive for this new pc.

Despite being the other end of the country, using the 5 day saver and it being the week before Xmas, all arrived on the appointed day via UPS.

They keep you informed of order processed, then email when it's dispatched.

I've just called them today regarding a cheapie extra item I got for someone else, which didn't work, they are sending a replacement FOC immediately, and no need to return the defective item.
    Move along, nothing to see.
