You can see the eBuyer warehouses from the M62 on the way to Hull. So they must be good...

I agree with all the others about how good Ebuyer is. I have been with them for years and have spent thousands of pounds buying off them and can't fault them. I have looked on other sites, but I always end up buying from Ebuyer,

Ebuyer are generally good. Returns are also good. Sometimes they'll even organise a courier to pick up your returns. Only issue I had was when I paid for a deliver to come on a specific date and it didn't. They refused to refund the cost of the delivery as part of the order did arrive. I think they just gave me a discount next time of something like that.

    Prices are good as well.

Novatech, not sure, but not too much a fan. Brought a custom built laptop off them in 2007. Cost about £1k. Hardly used it in the end and recently setting it up to sell on and the 2GB RAM stick died. It had been sat there doing hardly anything yet the RAM went. Not good really.

    Thumbs up for Ebuyer.

Ordered some headphones on Tuesday to be delivered within 5 working days and received them today.

Also forgot to mention I ordered a SATNAV and laptop HDD from them on Sunday with 5 day free delivery. Expecting it to arrive on Friday and then not at all due to snow and a big sign saying our road was closed. Yet it was delivered anyway :) although that's more the courier company and not Ebuyer. I think they use CityLink.

A few years ago they had a poor reputation for customer service but they've really turned it around.

I think they're excellent and have never had any issues with ordering or returns.

I ordered a new keyboard and card reader on Wednesday 6th at 14:45, chose the cheapest delivery option and they turned up this morning.

    Excellent service and good prices.

And it's my problem if I have no friends

The eBook reader above was my first purchase from them for years as I had a few not so good experiences a while back, which was why I expected problems with the 'missing' charger. But I agree, they really do seem to have turned things around.
