Not at all! They're brilliant in my view!
We ordered a new monitor from them the night before last and it got delivered this morning - despite the ruddy snow!
We've bought several pcs, cameras, etc from ebuyer and have never had a problem.0 -
You cant go far wrong with anything you buy from these guys, the service is outstanding. I have been using them for a long time now without a single problem.Everyones opinion is the most important.....no wonder nothing is ever agreed on.0

Used them many, many times. There service is outstanding, their prices are great, their returns policy is bordering on insane in terms of fill in a form, send it back, get refund.
Every compnay who wants to grow could learn from these guys- they are now the first place I look when I want IT or Office kit.0 -
Only hiccup ive had with them was over christmas when a wii nunchuck we ordered didn't arrive. They said they'd refund straight away but a took ages for the refund to actually go through.0

Agree with the other comments, used them many times and always found them excellent. The one time I had to return something - a duff HP laptop - I found it very easy0

I ordered an eBook reader from them last month which was slightly misdescribed (listed as coming with a mains charger, but didn't) and I didn't have much hope of getting anywhere, but they verified the issue then sent an alternative charger FOC by next day delivery. (Oh and I ordered the reader at almost the last possible moment at the weekend for free next day delivery and it didn't arrive until a day later, but without being asked, they credited my account with a code for another free next day delivery). I'm quite impressed, despite the minor niggles. There's love in this world for everyone. Every rascal and son of a gun.

They are a good company if a tad expensive in my opinion, there was a reason I stopped using them I think it was mainly due to lack of products.
I switched to using Novatech and not regretted it since, Novatech is more on the pricey side but their customer service is second to none so I'm happy to pay the extra.Owner of andrewhope.co.uk, hate cars and love them

I've been using eBuyer for a few years now. Usually, they are very price competitive, especially for cables and flash memory etc.
Only ever had 1 issue - a Digital Camera that turned out to be a 'grey import'. After a bit of to-and-fro with customer services, they agreed to a return and full refund.
I'm actually about to order some monitors from them, so money where my mouth is ...0 -
Have also used ebuyer for a couple of years with no problems. Can't fault them:)0
