Do people value more a dishwasher or table in the kitchen

Hi all I am just refurbing my kitchen and space is a little tight. It currently has no table and no dishwasher. When having viewings a year ago, quite a few people asked about plumbing fior dishwasher. As a family of 6 we fitted a slimline dw (we had loads of space for a bigger one). Most saucepans shouldn't go in a dishwasher which meant we struggled to fill a standard dw but a slimline was perfect. A slimline and small shelf to sit a child or 2 eating breakast sounds great then you could have family meals in the lounge eating area.
