Hi all - I lurk mostly - did Ames get home? My friend is flying in from America to Glasgow today - says flight has landed - hope evryone traveling today is ok! I should be doing uni work today - started assignment yesterday but with kids around didn't get very far - DD1 has taken them to a play area so must get on for a while cos schools are still off! Ended up with the worst headache last night! think I need new glasses!!!!
My kitchen pipes are frozen too!!! Just hoping they don't burst!

Getting a bit fed up with this weather!!!

My god its flipping freezing!
But have been for a 4 mile run, thats dedication or madness I think! Very Very grey here and wondering if we might get a bit more snow later.

Just phoned my ex to say I won't be venturing out today because my road is solid ice so he'll go out with Charlie for both walks. Whilst talking he said - ooh, there's a Tesco delivery van! Asda - take note - the weather is worse today but Tesco still get the deliveries out!! They've mildly gone up in my estimation - I'm not really a fan of Mr T.

It will be so ironic if Tesco now cancel my delivery on Sunday if the weather worsens after saying that :rolleyes:

Hope you are feeling better BB - I think I mentioned before I used to have gallstones and the pain is unbelievable. I had my gall bladder removed and haven't looked back since!!

If you keep having these attacks, it might be worth asking for a scan to see if they can detect anything, and if there is anything there, let them take the gallbladder out. It has made such a difference.

Morning all, very cold here and looks very white out but it's all frozen snow.

BB ~ did it get to -8 last night? My Dad is still staying down at Nan's as she's still in hospital. My boss who lives in Creekmoor couldn't get in to work yesterday due to ice.
