Spud i sometimes found SW a bit tricky. I`m doing WW this time round & don`t seem to struggle as much with what i can eat. Have you tried WW?

No, I've never tried WW. I've got the books, a friend gave me them but I found the points complicated.

I'm trying to type with a cat sat on my arms here

Unless you have the car I would advise a central Durham hotel we have a travelodge and premier inn, what do you reckon Zed?

Depends where we are going. If it's Beamish, the Washington services hotels will be better.

He's a stubborn git Zed, wont be told

I'll make sure he takes some gloves and a hat next week.

If he gets wet, he has less than 15 minutes to live at that temperature. Even if he doesn't, I'm sure you wouldn't want him driving a car when he's sub-par with cold.

Dithering isn't sexy at 70 mph.

That very good then , no typo`s! You must of done it before...
WW is quite easy once your into it. I find that i can eat alot more of the stuff that i like than i could with SW, it`s just the initial getting to know what things are worth point wise, once you`ve got usee to that its a breeze.
Whichever you do you need to remember at least your doing it! Me & my mates say now well if we hadn`t of done it then i dread to think how much heavier we`d be!
Keep ya chin up girl ;)
