    I've been Money Tipped!
    I do think they sent that just to shut me up to be honest I did have a bit of a rant in the email I sent to them. Also will be complaining direct to research now.

    What to stop them doing this over and over again and never paying anyone just keep shutting down panels and creating new ones.
    For thousands of people this Christmas, their must-have gift is far more vital than the latest gadget or toy – it’s blood. Please don’t let the festivities and cold weather prevent you from giving them the ultimate gift… give blood.

    They could easily give us the money we are owed if they wanted to, but they would rather keep it for themselves hiding behind terms and conditions, which might not even be lawful.

    I have £6 in my account, and they have told me my child is now too old for my to be included in surveys. They have refused to move my money over to my valued opinions account.

    Well, I had my bit of a rant with them, and they've told me that they can transfer the money to my Valued Opinions panel only if my youngest child is over 24mths. So I emailed back to say my kids are 5 and 2 now and they've said the transfer will take place within the next week. I'll let you all know...:rolleyes:

    Thank god i was browsing tonight as i didnt have this email to say that it was closing.

    I have £9.50 in mine so have emailed to ask what they can do.

    Fingers crossed we all get what we are due.

  • There was another company that did click throughs etc last year that closed saying you had to redeem at £10. I think 90% of us were at over £9, as you could only click on what was available, and so the majority lost out.

    At least Brain Juicer did round up our monies. I can understand why you are all so annoyed by this. Its very unfair not to give some kind of concession to the normal redemption rules in these instances.

    I'll try that route. My youngest is now two and a half and I already have a VO account so I'll ask them to transfer. The previous response I got wasn't very helpful though! :rolleyes:

    I pointed them in the direction of this thread and was told that I would get my rewards transfered to VO within a week.
