  • Anyone know if Lush are doing the End of Jan/ Feb usual Grab Bags ??!!

No, they did them witt the giftbox sale at xmas instead. (Although it seems Belfast still have some left!)
  • So it seems like a few stores are doing some kind of promotion for Valentines day. Why are all the stores different. Are you franchises? Must admit I am getting a bit miffed at people getting freebies that I am not getting! Waiting for a responce from Lush regarding the inconsistancy of the Xmas offer and now this. Wish I was not sooooo addicted to the stuff. Dont want to fall out with Lush but if one shop does an offer the rest should IMHO:mad:

I feel exactly the same yummymummy. I was looking at the Noticeboard section of the Lush forum, and there are upcoming events in Edinburgh, Liverpool, Manchester, Maidstone and London. My local store in Birmingham never seem to do anything.

I read the Lush website all the time, especially at the moment. I do not post anymore but like to keep up to date. Too much swearing and arguing for me but that is just because it is unregulated.

Anyway, back to topic. I have been using Handy Guru for a couple of days and its smell reminded me of something familiar that I have just remembered! Nivea!!!! bit dissapointed in it now:cool::(
  • There's a Lush in High Wycombe, I got the offer for my birthday on the 18th. I've been using all the stuff. I'm a convert to the products, the shower Jellies smell good enough to eat!! I also have some soap - Karma, Bohemian and Demon in the Dark. I got the solid deodorant for my daughter and it works better than any other brand I have tried for her, she is 13. The products are a bit pricey but well worth spending the extra cash on. :rotfl::T
  • i got my first lush order today got the hdkt set and the ultabland they also sent me some samples! cant wait to try it can anyone tell me whats the best way to keep the items fresh ect?

Facemask, keep it on the fridge as it has no preservatives at all, and only last for 3 weeks in the fridge!

Personally, i store anything like shower jellys in air tight plastic containers, everything else gets put in plastic sandwich bags until i am ready to use them!

As for massage bars, shampoo bars and body butters i keep them in the silver lush tins you buy in the shop. Try not to get them too wet in the shower, i step out of the shower stream and use my shampoo or body butter, put it down, then wash it off. Stops them for melting and using them up so soon. I then let them air dry then put them back into their tins!

Got my first order through today! And I got lots of tiny samples: 13 soap, jungle conditioner, HIWTK soap, karma kream, creme anglaise, porridge soap, the godmother, king of skin, sultana of soap, coalface.

I am seriously impressed! I've got the jungle conditioner already - takes ages to put on but is worth it - but I'm so glad I can try some of their items properly and see what they're like!:j
