The Canvas bag I ordered is such good quality I am so pleased with it. The sample set is just as I expected but the paper moustache is an insult. I cannot believe they can get away with hinting you get an extra product when they are refering to a picture on a leaflet in the box. Would complain but they are already in reciept of a letter from me about the fairness of the instore sale. Will sit back till Easter now. (or maybe Valentines Day):D
I know - i think the paper moustache is naughty too as a free gift. If they are going to give you something like that they should list it on the advert / website rather then make you think it could be a product IMO.Member of Thrifty Gifty ~ Making money for Christmas 2010:£2 Savers club member no 40 ~ £54Amazon Vouchers BingoPort ~ £10Dooyoo Challenge Jan ~ £24.07 / £20.00 Yippee over target :j0 -
A tip on storage: I put all my lush goodies into sandwhich bags, tie them then cut the extra off the end.
This works especially good for bubble bars, meaning you can crumble them up in the bag, cut off the corner and pour into the bath, no mess
Still haven't been into town to get the HSKT deal yet, might pop in on Friday
Just wondering though, planning on getting skin drink for my sample, as it works amazing with my skin, i still have the tin of it i got in the Freshers box, if i take the 2 empty samples in, do you think they will let me get £2 off the larger size?0 -
Wow, wow, wow!!! Just finished unpacking my first online order & I'm VERY impressed!!! :T Got my HSK&T set (including the Lemony Flutter, which I'm relieved about, as I really wanted it & had read above it might have gone OOS!) Love all the products in my set, but agree with the post above about the smell of the Big Shampoo! Only got a small amount in the pot, too, but all the other stuff makes up for this!! Not a bad bargain at all & I'm very impressed with having 4 tins that give £1 off the full-size product & two black pots towards a face mask! Makes it even more money-saving!:)
Treated myself to some extra goodies to make up the £30 in order to qualify for the Grab Bag, so also bought American Cream Conditioner, Eau De Roma Toner, Butterball Ballistic, Ma Bar Ballistic, You've Been Mangoed Bath Melt & the gorgeous-smelling Coconut Deodorant Powder - smells almost good enough to eat!! Can wait to try these, too!!
My £10 grab bag containing the same items as others have got: Porridge Soap, Angels Delight Star-shaped Soap, Snowcake, Honeybee Ballistic, Supernova Ballistic, Think Pink Ballistic & (I think!) Waving Not Drowning Ballistic!! Great amount, well more than £10-worth!
And, to out the cherry on the top, as it was my first order I asked for some samples & got 5 small pots containing the following:
Fair Trade Foot Lotion
Almond & Coconut Smoothie
"New" Shampoo
Angels on Bare Skin Cleanser
Sweetie Pie Shower Jelly
It feels like Christmas Morning!! I'm one very happy bunny - makes up for missing out on any Boots bargains today!! I got up at 4:30am, then fell asleep till 5:25, when I woke to see I'd missed the sale going live. Tried for an hour to get online & gave up when I had to go to work. Now I'm back home, everything has sold out - baaaaahhh!! For a 2nd year, my money is staying in my purse (or going in Lush's tills!!)
Hope everyone else managed to get some bargains, from Boots/Lush or otherwise!!
S xxEverything I wanna do is either illegal, immoral or fattening! lol :rotfl:0 -
Hi
I got my HSKT set today and have just tried it out except for the big shampoo (as ive just had my hair done)
This is what i think of it-
Fresh face mask (seaweed) great made my skin really tingle
Sugar scrub- didnt think id like this but love it really makes you feel awake will be great in the mornings
Each peach massage bar- lovelly made my skin feel lovelly and soft and smells gorgeous too!
Celestial moisturiser-nice and light just right for my face
Handy gurugu- nice thick hand cream
Lemony flutter- lovelly lemony smell very thick
Pied de piper- This really refreshed my tired (after braving the boots sale) feet
Vitimin c toner- Couldnt try this as didnt have one in pack! Will be phoning Lush tomorrow!
All in all well worth the money and i will certainly be buying many of these things again great to have a £1 for taking back the sample pots!
Hope this helps someone!
Lots of Lush xxx0 -
Can anyone help? I'm trying to work out what comes in what size so I can work out when to get this instore (I have some other products that need using up first but also need some smaller bits for the gym)
Which of the stuff comes in the black pots and which comes in the metal tins? I know the face masque would come in a black pot, does anything else? and in the metal tins, are they the same size as the lip balms? is this not mega tiny?
Thanks in advance0 -
the face mask and Big are in black tubs all the others are in lip balm size tins which hold 10g and for some of the creams thats plenty to try things out then you have a mini scrub a toner tab and the smiley face massage bar. The box is probably the size of a cd box and then 5cm tall ish.You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.
xx Mama to a gorgeous Cranio Baby xx

Well my parcel arrived yesterday, and honestly it felt like christmas
I am so pleased with my HSK&T set, I love the look of everything in it and am gonna give myself a full treatment with all the products today
I couldn't resist adding up the total cost and actually the mini sugar scrub and mini each peach massage bar are bigger than I thought (sugar scrub is 62g and massage bar is 42g)
The total of my box comes to... drum roll pls...
£18.67
I bought two gift boxes as well so that I could get the £10 new year deal, the goodies in there come to £17.80
So all in all I got over £53 worth of products for £30, I'm a very happy bunny :j
Oh and also got some lovely freebies, thanks lush!Addicted to MSE, I can't resist a bargain0 -

Because you did it, I thought I'd add up the £20 bag. Whilst I couldn't be precise because the christmas stuff isn't on the website, I approximated it to be worth £29.50.0 -

Lush are definitely generous with their freebies, I know some people have said the grab bags are not so generous this year but I can't think of anywhere else that would offer £10 or £20 of free stuff and then actually give you £17/£29 it's greatAddicted to MSE, I can't resist a bargain0 -
Just wanted to say how happy I was with this set, the face mask is fab very thick and really felt a diffrece, my face is glowing, the big shampoo Iam most impressed with, I latherd up and left in on for a few minuites, when i rinced it out my hair was really squeky clean, usually it takes 2 or more rinces to get my hair like that with "bed head" products i use. Blow dried beautfully with lots of volume. The one soap I had put off using was the porrage one, but had a go with it tonight and Iam converted once latherd up is smells sooo nice and its really moistursing. All the products have been superb.I can feel another order commig on
