Must admit, Porridge was the one I was not too sure on, think it smells really weird, but nice at the same time!! Will just have to use it and see. Pleased with my £10 freebie set, chopped a ballistic up for the foot bath and worked a treat!Ahhhh.... lemony fresh victory is mineee!!!0

With the ballastic you could always pop it into a little draw string bag ( like the ones for washing power tabs) or a clean stocking hang it off the top of the shower head and let the water passes through it.People who live in glass houses shouldnt throw stones...
It is much easier to see other people's failings than our own.0 -
Ooh another use for my ballistics. Thanks Juliepink....I was wondering how I was going to use Supernova in my foot spa, Stockings have so many uses don't they as well as wearing them, I used to put breakfast oats in some old ones and use as a body moisturiser, works a treat. I used sugar scrub tonight, its pretty good and very fresh, smells a bit like one of the face washes altho I don't remember its name.Ahhhh.... lemony fresh victory is mineee!!!0

Used the sugar scrub tonight. Was hoping to get more than one go with it but they just disolve on contact with a drop of water. this happened to my mouse one (fairy tail)before xmas. left it on the side and was left with a pile of mush.
Anyway, had 1/2 a tub of coconut and almond shower smoothie left that I did not like because it was like smothering wet plaster all over yourself (and smelt just the same). So iI used the scrub, realised the same thing was happening so put it in the tub and mixed it up! I now have a big grainy tub of green slop that smells gorgeous that will be my new morning regime!:D
Oh and because my Oatifix face mask was out of stock, I got the Ayesha one. My goodness it stank! muddy old vegetable water (Asparagas and clay). Persevered but could not do the bit between my nose and my top lip it smelt so bad. Knew I wold never use it again so smothered the whole pot over my neck and shoulders as well then got in the heavilly scented candy cane bath!
Was worth it coz my skin feels fab:T
Bit of a ramble, sorry!0 -
Wow...also got my lush parcel today. This is the first time I have ever bought or tried lush, and am very impressed. The hskt is fabulous...tried the big shampoo tonight, it does smel a bit funny, but my hair feels so soft and silky. Used a few other things too from the pack, a nice pamper evening.
Got some ballastics too....Does anyone know if it's ok to break these in half? Looks big to use up in one bath...and oh, they smell divine...
Also they are very generous....I asked if it was possible to have some samples as it was first ever order, and they sent me 10 samples. Will defo be ordering from them again when this stuff is used up. :T

Thinking of placing an ol order for this and a few bits and pieces for gifts. Those who asked for samples, did you just add a note in a box or something asking for something new to try? Or how? Please excuse my ignorance. Not ordered ol from Lush before
Actually only ever been instore (and bought) three times. But I do love their scrubs

Therer is a part on the order for you to ask for samples. Think they may only do it online for new/newish customers though because I did not get any even though I asked so nicely. Have been a Lush addict for years though!0 -
