They were very good about us returning stuff which was damaged or broken when it was delivered, and got us the replacements within a week - even for a radiator which we didn't know was broken until 6 months after we had bought it.

I bought a bath from them that was on special offer and service and delivery was fine.

I would say they are expensive, bar offer items and then they attempt to charge way too much for accessories, like the pop up plug kit, which I got off ebay for a quarter of the price.

If I was looking to buy a full set from them, I'd be wanted a decent discount off the store price.

Pretty good quality and OK value for money if you can get a good discount.

if you know any trades then get them to open an account at local branch and you will get good discount even off sale price

Overall we are happy with our Bathstore stuff. However there are some things to watch out for

    1. When you buy say a basin, the taps cost extra obviously but so do the fittings for them and so does the basin waste.
    2. You can only deal with the store, so if you have a problem, you have to go back to the store you bought the items from. This was a problem for us as we had a WC syphonic valve which failed, and turned out to be a design fault, so we wanted to replace it with a different type, but our original salewoman didn't have a clue what to suggest.
    3. We also decided to add an item to our order, just after it had been processed (literally while we were in the store waiting for them to print it out). This meant the whole order had to go back into the queue to be reprocessed and as it was just before a public holiday, it slipped 4 days back. Again the saleswoman said it was just the way the system worked.
    4. We wanted a mirror with an overhead light but could not get any useful information out of the staff about how bright the various alternative fittings were.
    5. The loo seat costs extra, again obviously, and our choice was out of stock. Fortunately it was a standard size but many of their loo seats are not and can only be purchased from them.
    6. Our plumber had a bit of a problem fitting the WC as the waste pipe wall fitting was lower than is standard.

Overall it looks nice and seems to be of good quality. We have the Savoy Edwardian range.

How do you know if the toilet seat is a standard size? Excuse my ignorance! I have ordered the Savoy Slimline close coupled WC............

I have ordered the Savoy contemporary I think it's called with slimline CC WC, and round basin.

I got it for the sale price and also haggled for another £100 or so.

    Hi Suicidevw

The Myroom units are going to be about £800 ... do you think I could get some more off this price? ...

Is that what they are in the sale? If so, go instore and tell them you want them for as close to £650 as they can do. Worked fine for me..........
