Can i cancel without paying ?

You'll probably have to buy out the contract, ie cough up for 3 months rental to leave.
just off the phone, i now being told there is no barr on the phone and if i want to cancel it will cost me the 3 months, which is only going to cost £60 !
asked about an iphone and she said i could upgrade early, but they had no refurn left and the best deal they could offer was an iphone 3g for £87 and £35 per month for 18 months (500mins + 600 texts + internet)
think i'll look elsewhere and get a nokia n900 !0
