Morning all
its flipping baltic out there today...I could have worn ice skates to work today, the pavements and road are quite frankly an accident waiting to happen. Made it in anyway and B is at school.
Must get on and get organised this afternooon, house is a tip again *sigh*, still need to do college application, cook something for supper? and spend some quality time with B (she was quite tearful this morning, tired and very clingy at school which is not like her normally)I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. Bloody heating has gone off again:mad: I really dont think that the lads will be too pleased about going out on the kitchen roof to defrost the condense pipe today.

I have Sal, he just said to keep defrosting it with a kettle as there is nothing he can do. The pipe is supposed to be lagged if it runs outside and is under a certain diamater and of course they just didnt bother doing that. OH has some lagging but really it needs to be totally defrosted before it will become effective as lagging it now will keep the cold in.
So for now its kettles and hairdryers on the roof:rolleyes: we have had quite a good spell of it not freezing up but at temps of -godknows what last night I am not surprised.

Morning all. Sounds like I am in the best place today! Nice neighbour has dropped in 2 big bars of choc, some gapes and some puzzle mags so that my brain doesnt completely stagnate. ( May be too late though).
