 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

I mix fresh breadcrumbs with melted butter and couple of crushed cloves of garlic + herbs. You could also mix breadcrumbs with pesto. Brush the outside of the shrooms with oil before loading with mix, and pop on a tray in the oven until they look done. The ability of skinny old ladies to carry huge loads is phenomenal. An ant can carry one hundred times its own weight, but there is no known limit to the lifting power of the average tiny eighty-year-old Spanish peasant grandmother.0

I have in the frige 8 large flat mushrooms. I never plan and bought them on a whim and haven't used them. I don't like wasting, but can see these ending up in the bin ......................and I so love mushrooms!
Any easy idea's how to use them up for tonight's tea?
I sometimes bake them with mozzeralla etc: but would like more of a 'meal' type idea if anyone is kind enough to think of one for me
LLWe are all in the gutter but some of us are looking at the stars........................0
