vodaphone retention team have conned me, can i prove deal with my email?

Kirsty after the hard work you did for me sorting out my contract it seems somehow the vodaphone system isn't working, ive had my january bill - yep its wrong, its saying £27.07 again.

I have been with Vodaphone for 10 years, I went to renew my contract recently and the offers are, i have to say, abissmal, would a vodaphone rep care to comment on why customer retention is so poor?
