How do you know it was Greggs food?
For example, Campylobacter has a latency period of 2-5 days, so it could have been anything you'd eaten in the last few days. E. coli has a period of 3-4 days before any symptoms develop.0 -
Are you 100% sure you had food poisoning and that it's due to Greggs?
I know a few people and a couple of family members have had a bug that has made them extremely ill for a few days and a couple of them thought it was food poisoning at first but it turned out to be a big that's going round.
Those sausage rolls sound rather nice though but I think i'll steer clear just in caseIf At First You Don't Succeed, Call It Version 1.00 -

everything that i had eaten before, everyone else had eaten too and no one else in my family, or even people i had come into contact with had been ill. Just me, and that was the only differnt thing that i had eaten compared to everyone else.Wins 2018: Ebook = £30

I was really ill a few months ago with what my district nurse said she was pretty sure it was food poisoning but my wife had the same things to eat that day and she was fine, so it could be anything. If At First You Don't Succeed, Call It Version 1.00 -
I worked for greggs many moons ago and while working for them I worked in about 5 or 6 different stores. They throw all unsold sock out at the end of the day (buns, sarnies, pasties, the lot!). I very much doubt they would have bothered to reheat anything that had been cooked that day as its all sat on heated shelves to keep them warm (although they never keep them hot so you can tell if its been out a while). Anyways - just wanted to say that even if it was food poisoning from greggs sausage rolls... i doubt it would be because they where reheated.0

biasturnip, I hope you've got a good lawyer. I imagine Greggs have got an expert legal team who will be after you for spreading such stories. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0
