Is it too early to get a BFP?

CD = Cycle day For example CD1 is first day of period (AF)
There's a lovely thread for ladies who are TTC which you may find helpfulBLOWINGBUBBLES:kisses2: SMARTIE120 -
CD is probably Cycle Day,
Dont want to raise your hopes, but i had a bit of blood and thought it was AF but after i got my BFP it turned out to be 'breakthrough bleeding'
Your being very good not testing til after the weekend! i was such a POAS addict (pee on a stick) I used to get the cheap sticks from a company called fertility friend on ebay (they are very good, quick delivery and the auctions come up as private in your feedback)
I was testing very early so I used those until i was convinced i could see a line... then used a first response which was still faint and rubbishy, so we splashed out (literally) on a clear blue digital
the result is now 2 years old and kept me up all night!0 -

We will see Im not too dissapointed if I im not as didnt expect it to happen then anyway just a shock at being 8days late now so will see if it amounts to anything. Thnaks ladies and lots of baby dust and happy trying to you all. Hopefully we will get our BFP's soon enough.
Not to get your hopes up either, but I 'started' with all of mine, particularly with my son, I actually bled for four days and had given up all hope...then got a BFP two days later. It was implantation bleeding and stayed a light pink the whole time. I think you will probably know the difference between implantation and a period. Best of luck!:starmod:Sealed Pot Challenge Member 1189:starmod:0 -
So, what's happening? Any BFP yet? Thinking of you. If it's not to be this month, then happy trying!!!!!Father Ted: Now concentrate this time, Dougal. These

Well here is an update for all you lovely people, Its not to be this month for me I dont think. My period or what I think was a period came on Friday evening. However this stopped on monday morning, im usually really heavy have to wear both IYKWIM. Im trying to convince my self it could be implantation bleed but I dont think it is so happy trying again for us this month we will see next month fingers crossed.
What do you ladies think?0 -
it could be a period but if your normally heavy and you have only had a little blood and it stopped unusually early then it is still possible that your BFP is on the horizon,
any other symptoms? and.... have you tested!?0 -

Period Due 4th Jan 09
Small amount of Bleeding 5th-6th Jan 09
Did PG Test 8th Jan 09 as I was convinced I was pregnant and I was!
So yes, you could be pregnant even though you've had a slight bleed. Mine was just very light but I got stomach cramps as well.A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea
Where does the time go? :think:0 -
I also had a 'period' with my last 2 pregnancies. Was a few days late and then had a shorter bleed than normal. Had a negative pregnancy test, but a few days after bleed each time had the faintest of lines showing. A few days later had a very positive result with each.
As far as cheap tests go....... Asda pharmacy counter do a pack of 3 for £1.44. Cheapest I found so far. You won't find it out on the shelves at this price, but if you ask at the pharmacy they have them.
Other cheap ones I found were 2 for £1 in Bodycare (one of those cheap toiletry shops).
One word of caution from someone who TTC for years.... it is so easy to convince yourself you are pregnant even when you are not. 2 days late, feel sick........must be morning sickness, not wind!!! You can drive yourself and your OH nuts this way.
I have to say, the 2 times mentioned above, even though I had a period and a negative test, I still went back and did another test, as I somehow just ' knew' I was pregnant. Good luck.Father Ted: Now concentrate this time, Dougal. These
