I may try taxi, thank you for that. the stupid thing isthat this is my support network here, I have many many real life friends that i chat to here that have been there for me constantly, bun, hypno and doodle to name but a very very small few. Along with a ll the virtual friends that have offered support on many occasions throughout the last few years also. My diary does help. its started to keep me on the straight and narrow again after my disasterous year last year, it provides me with a point of contact as i am so isolated from so many people. it feels like my privacy has been invaded and i know its an internet site and anyone can read it but the person has no other use for this site, never ever visits it other than specifically to read what i have put about my private life. To me this board is like alcoholics anonymous crossed with a sunday morning confessional. I need it to stop me plunging back into the murky world of overspending, vulnerability and gullibleness i have previously displayed. I also shouldnt need to censor what i am putting to such a massive degree as anyone who is trying to get DF and has to start the dating game again knows, dating is rather an expensive hooby and i should be able to put it here. I wonder how he would feel to have a support network removed that is so so needed.. Ah well.
No need for me to tell you that I know exactly how you feel.
You know, that a week ago I said the same thing - and was gutted at the thought of leaving my support network behind.
YOU told me not to walk away, that I needed this board, and my diary, more than perhaps I need anything else at times (apart from chocolate, obviously......). You reminded me that the benefit I get from this place outweighs the potential for problems, and that I shouldn't let any said problems get in the way of me dealing with my life and that of my children.
Yes, I lurked for a couple of days, but I won't stay away. If those that read what I write don't always like it, then I apologise, to a certain extent, but they too have to accept that my diary is about all the things that I have to deal with on a daily basis, good, bad, downright !!!!!!, and just once or twice, quite good fun.
So, if I had recorded the telephone conversation we had last week when i was in a similar position, I would be happy to replay it back to you so that you could listen to your own adviceSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
That was what I was trying to say as well.0

I agree with what Hypno said about what you said to Hypno xDebt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0

What Hypno says! :T
Please stay. I love reading what you write (ok now I sound like a stalker, sorry... you remind me of one of my friends and that makes me smile and want lots of good things to happen in your life!
)
I think you should change your user name or possibly even better start a new one so you don't have previous posts/diaries that refer to your current name under your new name IYKWIM.
Others have changed name or started a new name before for various reasons. (eg Burlesque Babe I think?) I just don't want your cyberstalker to get in the way of the good things you get from MSE... Think of it as a completely fresh, new start maybe - severing one more tie to him?
((((hugs)))) and good luck with whatever you decide. Take care xxMortgage free as of 12/08/20!

QUESTION TO SOMEONE WHO HAS ADMITTED, ONCE AGAIN, TO READING MY DIARY AND THEREFORE PREVENTING ME FROM POSTING.....
YOU WALKED AWAY FROM ME REMEMBER, SO WHY DO YOU CARE???
to everyone else, Pania is going to lurk from now on and post occasionally when the need arises. Will still be here with my lovely friends, both virtual and humanthat I have made throughout the years. and dropping in with the od butt kick here and there where needed!! xxx
No, no...keep posting. Appeasement resolves nothing.

Dumb Ex's are unlike kittens in that they make a fairly crappy fur glove.
You can get a different name should you choose. IKeepGettingHassledByDildos is possibly a bit long though..."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

Aww P, that sucks! I do wonder if my ex ever reads my diary, I doubt it but he knows my username (mup was his nickname for me
).
I would keep posting, if he left you stuff the idiot, if he wants to punish himself by reading about you dating then I hope it hurts, I feel this about my ex too!
They can't expect us to mope around forever, sometimes when I speak to my ex he says he hopes I am happy and I just wanna scream yes I am, happier than I was with you!!!!
Stay P!!!!!!!:(:(:(

I would agree with all the above. Why change your username???
As you said, HE ended it, so why should YOU run away.......No. Life's too short for all that b*ll0cks.
Keep posting, it's good for you and your friends - real and virtual (and us lurkers too) xxx
