Aaargh!! why do i do it to myself why oh why oh why oh why!!!

Woke up this morning to a very unexpected text from SFX (for those not in the know it stand for "sh**face ex" who was my partner and fiancee of 4 years from norwich) Just saying what are you up to at the moment x" to which i stupidly replied, transpires he is in leicester for the weekend about 10 miles from me. So i say "pop round for a cuppa if you like" knowing full well if he did i would end up an emotional wreck again, but also knowing that him rejecting the offer would lead to the same conclusion. He did reject it not surprisngly and i do feel like that. why oh why do it do it! its like puttin gmy hand in the fire and holding it there willingly and knowingly. and when the **** am i ever gonna stop loving the guy and be able to accept what happened between us. Its an effin good job i have no money, I need retail therapy!!!!! times like this some of the old patterns come back into play. my options as i see them now is spend money (dont have money) go for a stress relieving run (got a !!!!!!ed knee) get blooterd (looking favourite) or am open to suggestions!!! HELP!!!

Morning everyone!!! Date last night was fab! and he text me when he got home and called me sexy and wants to go out again! woohoo!!
Managed to finally get some some bits put on ebay too but sooo much more to get on there so thats my project for tonight. Hopefully back into work today albeit on crutches and relying on lifts but i shall see what the physio says on that one!
