Hi all.

The prodigal daughter returneth and what a year 2009 was whew!!! So now we are into a new decade, another decade of fighting finances and flab and trying to make life fantastic!!
2009 started, as does 2010 with hopes dreams aspirations and promises that it was going to be "My year" I was so very wrong. I'm not going to look back on 2009 other than to say that it was horrible in a massive amount of ways, not least the death of a best friend along with 3 other massively loved friends and family members. In short 2009 was the year that Pania gave up. Looking back now I think I used it as a "healing year" where I dealt with what had happened to me over the preceeding 12 months and took my time to recover and move on, trying to dodge several horrible bullets that were fired my way at the same time.
So here I am, January 2010 and that new resolve is back, the essence that is me is back and my drive and motivation is back also. I have recently started a new job that I love which once I am straight in a couple of months will give me the financial security and means to clear my debt that I desperately need. I've been fighting this too long now and it needs to get gone. :o

So, What are my aims for 2010? and more importantly how am i going to acheive it?

1) to get my debt completely gone. At the moment that equates to £17372.87 worth of hard work that I need to make to get shot of it once and for all. At the moment, natural payments would rid me of £4508.72 which is rubbish:p. I have budgetted to be able to increase payments after march to a constant £600 per month which will rid me of my smaller debts, a total of £2648.44 by july and my other small debt of £1593.71 by the end of september. :T
This will then leave my large debt to throw everything at. These figures are obviously dependant on me ONLY utilising this £600 per month and having nothing else to use which is highly unlikely. which brings me onto point

2) To make as much extra money as possible. The job i do now isnt conducive to a further position of employment due to shift work, However I have match betted previously and thought to set myself a target for this for the end of the year.
I have also started to amazon, ebay again and really need to pick dooyoo up again, thats an easy £50 that I have let lapse.:o Mystery shopping likewise, god where did i loose my focus!! :o

so. targets. a) £1500 from matched betting by the end of 2010
b) £600 from Dooyoo (£50 per month)
c) £1000 from mystery shopping (gonna be a toughy that one!)
d) £600 from amazon, ebay, quidco, bingo, everything else.

total of £3700 in extra money by the end of the year one way or another! GULP!!!:T:beer:confused:

One other thing that I intend to do is to advertise my dog training now that I know that I and my methods work. The money people charge for dog training around here is blood y ridiculous it really is. i could undercut the price massively and still end up with a good profit at the end of the year. So lets say for ambitions sake £1500 from dog training also.

Right i'm going to post this before I loose it but to be continued!! woohoo!! :)

so thats enough of the money stuff (dont want to send you all to sleep) and a little more about me...

I currently reside with 3 men (fab fun but once in a while expect a rant!:D) have a boyfriend who cannot decide whether to stick or twist, but hes nice to have around when he is around so i let him stay a while til a better model, bit like a mobile phone upgrade, comes along ;) and work for my local constabulary in a position of employment which is amazingly stimulating but i'd have to either cut your tongue out or whack you upside the head if I was to tell you what i do;)

I am a complete and total animaniac, overweight by 2 stone but the running is going to cut that back down for me (Ironbridge half marathon 21st march..gulp) and have a crazy stupid aspiration to get to everest base camp in memory of my dear friend in December of this year.

I have been on these boards long enough now that I have no doubt whatsoever that several other longhaulers (Hypno) will point out my other idiosyncracies in due course, other longhaulers (hypno) will kick me up the butt for only just coming back and other longhaulers (hypno) will drag my butt out running when I slack.

I love this place. I'm gonna stick around again. :T

    Love you all xxx
